Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (US): 3–7 business days

  • International: 10–15 business days

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with lost or stolen packages.


Return & Exchange Policy

NO REFUNDS — STORE CREDIT ONLY

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All eligible returns will receive store credit only.

Eligibility for Store Credit

To qualify:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Tags must be attached.

  • Packaging must be intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items

  • Accessories

  • Intimates (bras, underwear, swimsuits)

  • Bodysuits

  • Custom or personalized items

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for sizing issues if the item is available.
If not available, store credit will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will replace the item or issue store credit.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
