ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days

Processing time is 1–3 business days before shipping.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. Express options will appear at checkout based on your location.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.


LOCAL PICK-UP

How long do I have to pick up my order?

All pick-up orders must be picked up within 5 days from the order date.

What happens if I don’t pick up my order in 5 days?

If your order is not picked up within the 5-day window:

  • It will be converted into store credit automatically.

  • A restocking fee will be applied for the inconvenience.

Can I extend my pick-up window?

Extensions are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need additional time.


RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

Do you offer refunds?

No. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
All eligible returns receive store credit only.

How do I make a return?

Email us at support@yourstore.com with your order number and photos (if needed).
We will provide return instructions if the item qualifies.

What items are non-returnable?

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Accessories

  • Intimates (underwear, bras, swimsuits, bodysuits)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Worn or damaged merchandise

How long do I have to make a return?

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.


PRODUCTS & SIZING

How do I know which size to choose?

We recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page.
If you’re between sizes, consider sizing up.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some pieces restock, but most are limited.

Most of our pieces fit true to size unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Why is my payment not going through?

Common issues include:
